Good Eats Activity Two: Plan a nutritious meal for your family. Click here to see and study the USDA Food Pyramid to make sure your meal is a very healthy one! With the help of an adult, discuss your plan, make any needed adjustments, help prepare, and then serve your family your  "good eats!" Take a picture showing the results of your project to upload into your slide show.


Good Eats Activity Three: If it is true that "you are what you eat," who are you ... on the inside? Create your own or copy and paste the record sheet below and write down everything you eat for one week. Click here to compare your weekly diet to the one recommended by the United States Department of Agriculture. After analyzing your eating habits, type and illustrate one important nutrition goal you want to set for yourself on a slide in your slide show.
