Jump Up! Jump In! Activity One:  Learn about the reasons people exercise. Copy and paste the interview form into your Kids with HEART slide show. Take the survey of 10 people, recording their reason(s) for exercising.  Add your thoughts about what you learned from completing this activity.

Jump Up! Jump In! Activity Two
: Copy and paste the exercise chart into
your Kids with HEART slide show. Record  information daily, even if you do not exercise. Start with a reasonable goal and increase by several minutes each day until you reach 60 minutes. Keep this record for at least two weeks.
